  • Upgrade and maintain Pydantic schemas that validate tool inputs, outputs, metadata, and agent-interface contracts.

Academic Literature Knowledge Graph

Built and deployed a research application for arXiv search, PDF parsing, schema-validated LLM extraction, and interactive graph exploration.

  • Designed a modular pipeline covering discovery, parsing, extraction, graph construction, quality reporting, and exports.
  • Added mock-provider tests, sample artifacts, deployment configuration, API-key safety guidance, and reproducible setup documentation.

Gomoku AI with Minimax Search

Developed a complete, playable human-versus-AI Gomoku application as a CSC111 course project.

  • Implemented minimax search with alpha-beta pruning, candidate filtering, move ordering, and transposition-table caching.
  • Designed heuristic scoring for open-ended lines, local neighborhoods, center control, and immediate tactical wins.
  • Built a Pygame interface with restart controls, last-move highlighting, and winning-line visualization.
